Teresa Klein

Teresa received the 7Lotus Chi Kung lineage beginning in 2013 through beloved teacher Jan Zickler Janae-La. She continues her study in gratitude with teacher Susan Morrison. Both Jan and Susan received the lineage of 7Lotus Chi Kung through founder Dr Carlos de Leon.

Since a young age Teresa has been interested in ways of being that illuminate the principles of interconnectedness within the totality of life; ways that foster insight and loving relationships with self, others and all sentient beings.

Throughout the years she has had the privilege of mentoring with several Indigenous Elders as well as practitioners from a variety of healing modalities and energy management systems.

Teresa has found that these studies have created a remarkable interdisciplinary container from which to draw, augmenting and deepening the Chi Kung Experience.

As a teacher practitioner from 7Lotus Chi Kung Canada, Teresa feels honoured and excited to share practices that have generated harmony, increased vitality and healing in her own life.
