”All my life I have been a seeker…..I have been blessed with many teachers and opportunities and truly believe that as the student seeks the teacher appears.
Through growing up in the Christian church, embracing native spirituality working with Elders, studying shamanism, tantra, buddhism and kabbalah, all the mystical traditions, I continue to grow in body, mind and spirit. 7 Lotus Chi Kung , combined with meditation has become my daily practise and I feel very blessed to be given the opportunity to share the experiences with others. I love working with small groups in my home and truly believe that we are all given the opportunity to grow in awareness and become the best that we can possibly be.”
